Karl Kübel Institute for Development Education offers this two-day Online Workshop at 21st March and 28th March 2022 including further days of self-training

This innovative option was developed during the last years due to Covid as well as other restrictions like political and economic crisis. Climate change for sure also reduces the number of personal field visits in future days.

Course Concept

This virtual option will allow donors or local NGOs to visit project sites for only a few hours and get a good and transparent impression on the present status. A simple option of technology transfer with practical demonstration how to share the technicalities of Virtual Field Visit & Monitoring will be introduced during this training.

At moment donors, local NGOs and their respective field staff often experience during virtual field visits several challenges. It requires certain amount of practical knowledge in the use of digital technology and use of social media. Improper use of technology and social media make virtual visits unproductive.
