The vision of the founder Karl Kübel (1909-2006) has been integrated in the foundation charter and in the concept. It is the mutual basis for the non-profit commitment of the foundation in three fields:

Educational Training and Capacity Building

Two educational centres in Germany and a Training Institute in India are part of the foundation and provide qualifications and capacity-building for target groups. Topics in Germany are how to address daily challenges within our life as well as personal development. Qualifications for staff members in development projects are offered in India.

National Projects and Communication

In Germany we offer preventive projects for parents and children throughout the whole area. In addition, we offer active lobbying to enhance the sense for family protection in all fields of our daily life.

Cooperation for Developing Countries

We have projects in India, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Ethiopia and Kosovo and Tanzania. Aside from this, we offer bridge building programmes for young people in India and the Philippines.
